Privacy and Cookie Policy

This policy applies to the Hevsel website, operated by DS Ziraat Tarım Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi. You do not need an account or to give us any information to browse the site.

• What you type into the quote form: name, e-mail, phone, company, project description and budget
• Your IP address, to prevent abuse of the form; it is stored only in hashed form, and the raw IP address is not kept
• Standard server logs that our hosting provider keeps to operate the service

We do not use this information to build advertising profiles or sell it to third parties.

We only use storage that is strictly necessary for the site to work. We use no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, and we load no third-party scripts or embedded content.

• Theme preference: when you choose the light or dark theme, your choice is kept in your browser's localStorage under the key “hevsel-theme”. It stays on your device and is not sent to a server.

Because strictly necessary storage needs no consent, we do not show a cookie banner. You can clear site data in your browser settings at any time; your theme then returns to the default.

Your information is shared only with the providers needed to run the service: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase) and an e-mail delivery provider. Details are in the Data Protection Notice.

Information related to a quote request is kept for 2 years after our last contact, then deleted or anonymised.

The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to data is limited to authorised people, and IP addresses are stored hashed. No system is entirely free of risk; in the event of a security breach we make the notifications that applicable law requires.

You can exercise your rights of access, correction, deletion and objection under Article 11 of KVKK and, where it applies, the GDPR. Write to info@hevsel.dev.

If we update this policy, the new version is published on this page and the last-updated date at the top changes.
